It has helped me to draw and therefore visualize that I am not alone in my everyday life. True, I have my inner fantasy world and my inner parts that are being represented by the thorndevil in the middle. Also it is important for me to see that next to therapists, doctors and and my guinea-pigs of course-, I can go to  friends, clubs and a monastery where I feel connected.
