In my exhibition & reading I am going to tell\nabout my way to \u201efind peace with my past\u201c. This is to encourage people who\nsuffered from sexual abuse in their childhood to encounter different solutions\nfor living in the here and in the now. Even if the pain won\u2019t go away\ncompletely I believe it is important to put importance on all the things we\nhave already achieved in our lives and also on the positive encounters with\npeople around us. With my healing fairy tale that is part of my autobiographic\nhealing novel I want to honor the pain of the past. Also I show how my\nprotagonist, the deer Anuschka is able\nto let go of unhealthy (family) relationships. This \u201cletting go\u201d was and still\nis the key to my yet self-determined and thereby more fulfilled life. I hope\nthat with this reading and exhibition I can reach people who are at the turning\npoint in their lives and who are open to new solutions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
