When I look at my dog, he always takes his time to chill out. He has no &#8220;human time&#8221; doesn&#8217;t know what the stress is all about because he &#8220;takes his time&#8221; every day. He is a great teacher for me in also enjoying the moment. Even if I scolded him before because he has destroyed his sleeping mat he can &#8220;shut down&#8221; to relax. I wish I could have that &#8220;way of life&#8221;. Also I wish you many joyous moments in 2019 and even if there are not I hope that beyond all self-discipline we all become more gentle with ourselves and our bodies.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The old year is slowly fading and another new year is coming.
